Ingredients
- Ground ogbono seeds- 1 cup
- Palm oil- 1/2 cup
- Beef or goat meat- 2 lbs
- Stock fish- 1 medium piece
- Crayfish- 1/2 cup ground
- Ugu (pumpkin leaves) or bitterleaf- 4 cups chopped
- Seasoning cubes- 3 cubes
- Salt & pepper- to taste
- Onions- 1 medium
Preparation
- Dissolve ogbono powder in palm oil.
- Add to meat stock and stir until it thickens and draws.
- Add meats, stockfish, crayfish, and seasoning.
- Add vegetables and simmer briefly.
